About Me

I’m a late 20-something Software Engineering student, working towards a Ph.D. at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and I’m a native of Toronto.

Cursed with a curious nature and always trying to learn something new gets me into a lot of things, and follow many more. It spreads me a little thin, but I like to live by the motto of “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity”. The same part of my character that drew me to Software Engineering, lends me to conscious of most of the goings on in the Tech industry, and pushing some of the boundaries when motivated to do so. I’m apart of the small group at far left end of the technology adoption curve, stumbling on and thinking through ideas years before they reach the early adopters stage. My curiousity also distracts me in the areas of current events, politics, investing, sustainable energy and lifestyles. Much of which I comment about here on my blog when I get a chance to sit down long enough when an idea is in my head, or when I really need to rant about something.
