Kipling Eve

It is (almost) like Chistmas Eve for a graduating Engineer, after waiting 4, 5, 6, or dare I say 7 long and painful years, the anticipation is at its peak. The “small” differences are beer instead of milk, staying up all night instead of early to bed, and those footsteps on the roof are little engineers hoisting a car on the side of a building.
Kipling pranks are a graduating Engineer’s last chance before obligating ourselves to the engineer’s code of ethics. This occurs at a top secret ceremony called “The Ritual of the Calling of an Engineer”, that culminates in us joining the fellowship of the cold iron ring.
HAPPY KIPLING!
