Resume update

I have updated my Resume so the media type is now Letter instead of A4. pdflatex wasn’t listening to -t letter option so i had to go the latex -> dvips -> ps2pdf route.
I downgraded the PDF version to v1.2 because the previous v1.4 version prevented some people from viewing the document. Now all with Acrobat v3 and above can view the PDF.
