For the first time in Orioles history, we won a significant playoff game. Accutally it was 2 games back to back. The first was a tie breaker for 4th place of the round robin playoffs. We handley beat the Bad Boys 14 - 4. This then qualified us to play the team called CBTC for the Consolation Chapionship, for 3rd place overall bragging rights and $250 cash money. In this game we got out to an early 15-10 lead after 3 innings of play. We chalked up one more in the fourth, but then went scoreless for the next five! CBTC cut into lead a couple of times with 2 in the 6th and 8th, but the solid defence of the night held together just long enough for the 16-14 victory.
