I’ve been thinking of adding a photo segment to the blog that would show a random photo each day from my collection. Turns out photo blogging is a lot bigger than I knew. Flickr is becoming widely used for people putting a kinds of photos online. The free service allows one to create collections of photos that makes sharing with others easy.

Yesterday, CBC’s Canada Now Toronto had a piece about photo blogging around Toronto by Sam Javanrouh, and his photo blog - A Daily Dose of Imagery. His collection of over 700 daily photos from around Toronto are great. What a different view of Hogtown. For Mac OS X Tiger users, you can get the DDOI Dashboard Widget.
