Bring back my CBC with Tod Maffin as President

Tod Maffin, of the locked out CBC, of the number 1 Canadian podcast (CBC Unplugged) and /Nerd: CBC Radio Technology Report (no link until the lockout ends), has released his manifesto about his views of the lockout, and more importantly the future of the CBC.

If the CBC management were to implement half of his ideas, the CBC would build on (at pre-lockout levels) its premier news, information, and arts & entertainment delivery - in fact, it would be that much better.
