Canadian iPod Levy Refund

If you bought an iPod between 2003-12-13 and 2004-12-21, you are eligible to get a refund for the illegal levy that you were required to pay on your new iPod. The levy was $15 for iPods up to 10GB, and $25 for larger than 10GB.
