They just keep coming, next is Rita

The highly active storm season is juset getting bigger. Rita spans almost the entire gulf of mexico. Note to self, buy energy stocks.
Appearently, W is facilitating the proper authorities to help those that will be affected by Rita… Why would that be? Because he learned his lesson, or because Rita is tracking to Texas? New Orleans will be impacted by Rita, lets see how much help they get this time.
Update: Well Rita missed highly populated and the highly concentrated refinery areas of Texas, but hit less populated town along the Texas and Louisiana border… and impacted other unpopulated areas, such as, New Orleanes.
