CBC News: Montreal workers free man dumped into waste truck.

Police say they don’t know why the man was inside the dumpster.

He was sleeping in the dumpster because it was cold last night, he is homeless and there are not enough spaces in shelters or affordable housing.

Ralph is concerned with productivity and will announce a the tax cuts to big corporations that he took off the table last year to appease Jack, as a way to increase productivity by a fraction of a percent. How about giving all those people that are homeless and producing NOTHING a hand up. Imagine how productivity would grow then.
