Beer Not Kids!

Rick Mercer’s Blog: Children are the Future but Beer is now.

In Rick’s parody of the over-hyping of Scott Reid’s remarks, he has endorsed the pro-beer party (which ever that is). In response to someone’s stupid petition “Kids Not Beer” to Paul Martin, Rick responded with the Beer Not Kids Petition.

Guess what kiddies… beer is winning. Current counts are Beer-5098, Kids-3949. In the 30 minutes since I first read this, Beer has gone up by 7 votes, kids none….

I love kids, and hope to have some one day… but go beer.

My Canada includes Beer! Vive le Molson! (oh wait, it is not exactly canadian anymore… vive le homebrew)
