Toronto Hydro Telecom - One Zone

The largest municipal WiFi network just when live with its initially free serivce in downtown Toronto. The coverage area is currently just a few city blocks near City Hall and south of Queen St, but will expand to cover most of the downtown core. When the serivce becomes fee-based it will be $29.99, still better than Rogers or Bell. I need to live downtown.
