Flaherty imposes new tax on income trusts
Hey Jim, thanks a lot for the impending plummetting of my income trust investments tomorrow. Good job! Seriously, I knew the children, the environment, the low income households, the sick (I could go on.., ok one more), and canines would get the shaft from “Canada’s New Government”, but to screw individuals and business by increasing taxes*… Only the Grits are supposed to do that.
* On July 1st, 2006 your income tax when up 0.5%, if you didn’t notice. Now Income Trusts will be taxed.
Do theses guys seriously want to get re-elected? Is there anyone t lse to piss off?
Update:o THANK JIMMY BOY! Thanks for wiping me out…. $27 Billion wiped out in the first 5 minutes of trading in the Income Trust sector.
