TTWC v3.1 released

Frustrated with the problems that prevented the Toronto Traffic WebCams Widget v3.0 from running properly on OS X 10.4, I have fixed all but one problem in the lastest release. Get v3.1 here.

The new release works with Leopard and Tiger and includes saving settings on logout. In Leopard there are no known issues. In Tiger, the direction selection does not work. Enjoy!
