Another confirmation that natural is always better. I’ve been avoiding most highly processed foods and those containing artificial ingredients for about a year now. I have not been eating less, probably more than I used to. The difference is the food is real and fresh. In that time I lost about 30 pounds gradually and since plateaued. I don’t have to curb my appetite or avoid eating. I hardly ever avoid ordering the burger and fries when I want it, but it will never come from a fast food place where the meat is highly processed and the vegetables are never fresh. Artificial is un-natural, and your body does not deal with it well, be good to yourself.
