People pay $5+ for Starbucks coffee because it is about the experience. Walking into the cafe and getting hit by the pleasurable smell of freshly ground coffee. Barista’s that remember your drink and an call it out in a language unique to Starbucks. What is the experience of your brand? If it is not unique, engaging, and addictive what keeps your customers coming back?
